Join artist Daya Bhatti for a fun, hands-on workshop where you’ll create your own animated elephant puppet, inspired by Sonia Sabri Company’s The Elephant and The Drummer.

 

Bring your elephant to life using lollipop sticks and split pins, then decorate it with colourful patterns, words, and gems to create a puppet that’s as unique as you.

 

Each participant will take home a one of a kind puppet that celebrates their own creativity and individuality.

    Our award-winning productions are rooted in Kathak and Indian classical music but draw on contemporary influences to create distinctive, relevant and accessible artistic experiences for audiences of all ages and backgrounds. We tour internationally to theatres, arts centres and festivals, as well as unconventional spaces, including schools, libraries, parks and museums. We are committed to presenting energetic work with live music wherever possible with high quality percussion, instrumental, and vocals as well as soundscapes.
